Green Tea, En Shi Yu Lu


Grown in the Enshi region of Hubei province, China, this tea undergoes a unique production process that sets it apart from other green teas. The tea leaves are carefully handpicked, and the young buds are expertly steamed and pan-fried to preserve their vibrant green color and delicate flavor. The result is a light and refreshing brew with a subtly sweet, vegetal taste and a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
