Regular way
- Glass
- 4 grams for an 8oz/250ml glass
- 185℉ / 85℃
- 2 - 3 mins, 3 steeps
- Fill 1/3 of the glass with water, then put the tea into the glass. Spin the glass gently to wet all the tea leaves, then pour more of the water in to fill the glass.
Chinese Gongfu way
- Porcelain Gaiwan
- 3 grams for an 110ml gaiwan
- 185℉ / 85℃
- 3 steeps: 20s/30s/40s
- Fill 1/3 of the gaiwan with water first, then put the tea into the gaiwan. Spin the gaiwan gently to wet all of the tea leaves, then pour more of the water in to fill the gaiwan.
